How It Works

This is a pickup-style catering service.

Guests choose their pizza and pick it up directly at the pizza truck.
Pizzas are served on paper plates.

Please note:

  • No table setup

  • No staffed serving

  • No buffet or chafing dishes

How We Work

We arrive approximately 2-3 hours prior to your scheduled service time to complete setup and preheat the oven. During service, pizzas are prepared fresh on-site and served continuously so guests can enjoy hot slices throughout the event.

Late Night Events:
Want pizza late into the night? We’ve got you! Events running past 9:00 pm will include a small extra charge to cover our team and travel.

Power:
We use a 30-amp plug. If there’s no outlet, no problem — we can bring a generator. Just let us know.

Space & Truck Requirements:
Our trailer is 16.5’ long and 8.5’ wide. You’ll need about 40’ long and 15’ wide to accommodate the trailer and our towing truck. A level parking area is required for safe setup and cooking.

Booking& Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance (50%) is due on the day of the event.

If the event is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit will remain non-refundable, and any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event date, all payments are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and ingredient preparation.

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to apply your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).
