Ugly Dough Pizza Private Events

Our pizza starts with Neapolitan-style dough, made from imported flour from Italy and naturally fermented for 60 hours. Each pizza is hand-stretched and baked fresh on-site in our 845°F stone oven.

We top our pizzas with fresh, hearty, and flavorful toppings inspired by classic American-style pizzas, giving you the best of both worlds — light, airy crust with bold, satisfying flavors.

We serve from our pizza food trailer with a buffet-style setup, allowing your guests to come up and grab hot, fresh pizza throughout the service. The service window is 2 hours.

The Package Includes:

  • No setup fee within 1 hour of Sweet Home, OR

Guests can come up and grab hot, fresh pizza straight from our trailer, served throughout the 2-hour service window.

Desserts — Cake Pops ($4+ per person)

  • 1 per guest

How We Work

We arrive 2 hours before your event to get everything set up and the oven fired up. During the event, pizzas are baked fresh on-site and continuously replenished, so everyone gets a hot, delicious slice.

Service Timeframe:
All packages include 2 hours of service, but we’re happy to extend if you need a little extra time. Just let us know, and we’ll make it work.

Late Night Events:
Want pizza late into the night? We’ve got you! Events running past 9:00 pm will include a small extra charge to cover our team and travel.

Travel & Location:
Our standard service area is within 1 hour of Sweet Home, OR. For events outside that area, we add a flat travel fee. Share your location, and we’ll provide details.

Power:
We use a 30-amp plug. If there’s no outlet, no problem — we can bring a generator. Just let us know.

Space & Truck Requirements:
Our trailer is 16.5’ long and 8.5’ wide. You’ll need about 40’ long and 15’ wide to accommodate the trailer and our towing truck. A level parking area is required for safe setup and cooking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance (50%) is due on the day of the event.

If the event is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit will remain non-refundable, and any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event date, all payments are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and ingredient preparation.

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to apply your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

If your final guest count changes, no worries — just let us know at least 14 days in advance so we can adjust and make sure everyone gets plenty of pizza.
